Remembrance Day
On November 11th, Ridleians paused to remember the 143 alumni who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we might live peacefully in a free country. Members of the #162 Ridley College Cadet Corps proudly placed a wreath at the Cenotaph, and served as the honour guard and readers in two poignant services held in the Memorial Chapel. Click here for a video, honouring the Ridleians and all who fought; click here to view photos from the services. Lest we forget.
The Burial at Thebes
Congratulations to the spectacular cast of The Burial at Thebes, whose talents were on display during their performance of the Seamus Heaney production. The ancient tale of Antigone and her fight against King Creon, came to life in the Mandeville Theatre with dramatic performances from all members of the cast. Their weekend shows received stellar reviews by The Cappies, a critics and awards program for students. Click here to view photos.
